LEGAL GROUNDWORK

Exposure Studio, LLC Term of Service ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Exposure Studio ("Exposure") and the entity or person accessing Exposure Services ("Client").

This Agreement permits the Client to optionally reserve the studio and other services from Exposure and sets forth the basic terms and conditions under which those products and services will be delivered. This Agreement will govern Client's initial use on the Effective Date as well as any future use and purchases made by Client that reference this Agreement.

The "Effective Date" of this Agreement is the date which is the earlier of (a) Client's initial access to any Service (as defined below) through any online provisioning, registration or order process or (b) the effective date of the first Order Form referencing this Agreement.

As used in this Agreement, "Exposure" means Exposure Studio, LLC, a Proprietary Limited company. Modifications to this Agreement: From time to time, Exposure may modify this Agreement. Client is required to re-visit this Agreement regularly to stay informed about the terms and conditions under which the Services will be delivered.

BY INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT OR ACCESSING OR USING ANY SERVICES, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES CONTAINED OR REFERENCED IN THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT, PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY SERVICES. FOR CLARITY, EACH PARTY EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT THIS AGREEMENT IS LEGALLY BINDING UPON IT. THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISIONS THAT REQUIRE THE USE OF ARBITRATION TO RESOLVE DISPUTES, RATHER THAN COURT HEARINGS. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.

PAYMENTS

Exposure Studio, also referred to as "we", "us" and "our" throughout this document, provides a studio rental where bookings can be made for subscribing clients. A subscribing client is also referred to as "client" throughout this document. By making a booking the client user enters into a direct contractual relationship with the corresponding studio. A client user is also referred to as "you" and "your" throughout this document.

Payment Processor

Exposure Studio is integrated with Stripe payment processor and has chosen the upfront payment approach when booking. The booking amount is charged in full to your credit card automatically and immediately. The details of the charge are included in the booking confirmation email.

Lock-in Time / Cancellation

If a booking is locked-in, it means that it cannot be cancelled by the holder in a self-service manner online. Exposure Studio has set a time margin of 240 hours that dictates the lock-in time for online bookings. A booking less than 240 hours out and more than 72 hours out may be transferred, but not refunded. If cancelled within this time a frame, a $200 fee applies. Bookings less than 72 hours out are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Visibility of Booking Details

By making a booking at any time, you hence agree that basic details about your booking may be shown other persons interacting with the venue's account. These basic details are 1) your first and last name, 2) your organization (if any), 3) the spaces of the booking, and 4) the booking title (if any).

RESTRICTED ITEMS

The following is a list of items that are prohibited inside any of our studios:

1. Paint of any kind.

2. Open flames or equipment that produces high heat. This includes cigarettes, smoke bombs or any type of fireworks or candles.

3. No swimming pools or large quantities of water that could cause a flood.

4. Glitter.

5. Silly String.

6. No oil-based liquids or materials such as fake blood or slime.

7. No firearms, knives or weapons of any kind.

8.Powdered Paint, Chalk or any other flour-like substance. These types of materials get stuck inside our equipment and cause internal damage over time.

9. Confetti.

10. Champagne or bottles that will be used to be sprayed inside the studio.

FEES & CHARGES

We understand that productions have various elements that may leave a small imprint on our studios. We always take this into consideration and schedule a 15 minute cleaning block after every booking in order to provide a sanitized and clean space to every client. This service is always free of charge. However, in the event of extreme wear and tear or careless use of our studio, a fee will be assessed and charged to the card on file.

1. Paper Backdrop Damage Fee- $75

2. Studio Floor Damage Fee- $1,000

3. Late Leave Fee- $200/hr ($50/15min)

4. Use of NON-Permitted Item- $1,000

Any permanent or major damages that goes beyond what is listed above, will be assessed and billed on a case-by-case basis.

In Addition, any equipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged during your session, will be charged in the full amount to the card on file. The person who booked the studio (name which appears on file) is liable for anything that occurs inside the studio during your scheduled booking time.
